The lack of a suitable hydronic unit heater in the market which could stand up to the adverse conditions in a car wash led raycor to become a manufacturer of the R250 Unit Heater.
By working directly on the car wash systems day after day it was becoming increasingly clear that there was a need for a durable, safe and effective hydronic unit heater for the car wash industry.
With this hands on experience and the requisite design and engineering background, the Raycor Team, led by Raymond Jung designed, built and manufactured the R250 Stainless Steel Unit Heater.
The engineering phase and design elements for this new type of unit heater was carefully planned to provide durability and longevity. As a result of the quality of its components, from the stainless steel shrouding and casing to the non rust coil and the self draining motor, the R250 is a superior quality unit heater.
The original process for the creation of the R250 provided the end result that utilized a superior heating system (hydronics) in a self contained stainless steel unit which could stand up to the car wash elements.
The R250 Unit Heater is now specified for use with many petroleum companies and private car washes:

In building the R250 unit Raycor has achieved and accomplished phase one of the raycor evolution.
